Process to Book Self Driving Cars
- You must be 25 year old to book and drive the zoom cars. You must have valid Driver’s License and Aadhar Card to book/drive in case of Indian Nationals. In case of Foreign Nationals, they should provide an International driving permit, residence proof of stay in India and copy of Passport.. Aadhar card and driver’s license must be submitted for each additional drivers through email at mangalorelink@gmail.com or arunkvm30@gmail.com. The customer in whose name the booking has been made is solely responsible for allowing anyone else other than him/her in whose name the hiring is done. Otherwise considers it to be a breach of contract and will not be responsible for any claims made by the customer.

Once you agree and make 50% of the listed amount for your choice of car, your car will arrives at your pick up point in a day, Then we together inspect the car to make sure everything is exactly as it has been described including any damages. Nothing more and nothing less.

Prices are calculated based on the destination discussed at the time of booking. Any changes need to be shared with us and it might impact the prices and other RTO regulations. Per day 200Kms is allowed and additional KMS are charged at extra cost.

Security deposit will be charged on some of the self drive cars or high end cars. The deposit amounts will vary based on the car model. The refund of the deposit may take up to 2 working days after the complete evaluation of the car and its GPS tracking as per the system. In case of any damages this might take additional time. If the car is over speed or damaged or entered into any kind of negotiations, This might further extend as the company will have to get necessary clearances from authorities and operations.

Luxury Cars such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Range Rover and Pajero will be delivered along with the Driver. Mileage of 200km/per day and driver BATA is already included in the price.

Economy Cars such as Suzuki, Tata, Hyundai, Renault, Mahindra and Toyota will be delivered without the Driver. You are responsible to drive the car from pickup location. Driver BATA of RS 1000-1200 will be charged on daily basis if you are looking for the driver. Mileage of 200km/per day is also included in the price.
